1. Attorney–Client Relationship

Submission of this engagement form and payment does not establish an attorney–client relationship until the signed agreement and funds have been received and accepted by Proper Law, PLLC. Once confirmed, you will receive written acknowledgment of representation.

2. Retainer Scope

The initial $10,000 retainer ($10,300 with card fee) covers participation in the G6 Franchisee Lawsuit and related legal representation as defined in the engagement letter. Additional services or filings may require supplemental retainers or consent.

3. Confidentiality

All information submitted through this portal is confidential and protected under attorney–client privilege upon acceptance of representation.

4. Refunds & Billing

Retainers are deposited into Proper Law PLLC's trust account and billed as legal work is performed. Any unused funds will be refunded at case closure per applicable bar rules.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed via a third-party provider. By proceeding, you consent to the 3% processing fee on card transactions and acknowledge that debit/ACH transactions may take 3–5 business days to clear.

6. Data Privacy

7. Agreement to Proceed

By completing both the engagement letter and payment, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of engagement with Proper Law, PLLC as described above and within the engagement document.
